The Tacoma, WA store, is the only store in the company that has to deal with the I-law, in regards to private transfers of fire armsOur website clearly says $for FFL transfers (There is a difference between FFL and Private transfers) Then after this guy complained I also had the Private Transfer updated to say $with appointment (also shown on attached image)To clear up any confusionI believe this won't be an issue anymore

I am rejecting this response because: This organization seems to feel above the need to disclose costs to consumers in advance or accurately reflect what they would charge if an appointment is not done in advance vslosing customers like myself and the guy I was withAs the manager clearly states, we can go elsewhere and already are and furthermore informing anyone or organization we are part of that Quantico Tactical is not interested in a customer base or loyalty beyond state and federal contracts.Please feel free to close this case, post any replies publicly so as to share this info with the public which by the way there are others who have posted complaints on other sites the same issue / experience

Clearly stating on the website that $15 for scheduled PRIVATE TRANSFERS is plenty of information. This is a service that isn't required, and customer can go to another provider of said services if they don't like the price. A customer will find out the walk in price when they walk-in to our location. This is the last response on this topic I will be making.

All they need to do is add "and $30 without" to the end of their private transfer bullet noted in the picture.I will definitely accept this once that notice is included and posted online as it should help at least those patrons looking online to know before you go kind of thing.
