In short; I ordered eahard wired chimes & strobe lights for a project,(not wireless) he sent not 2, he sent it a week late, when I ask for the second unit he claimed our credit card did not work ( it worked the first time and the card is our capital expense card there is plenty of money on it)We had held up the project long enough the client needed us to get the work complete, we opened the box and we had a hard wired light and wireless chime, not only were the parts wrong he didn't send us the parts to hook up what sent usWhen I called to ask him what he was going to do to make this right, his response was nothing! He told me I could use the invoice number as my RMA return information, and he would refund our money in 2-weeks.Desired SettlementI'm sending his product back today I want my money refunded when he gets the package not in 2-weeksWe have our issues in Texas but we don't do business like that and people that try don't stay in business longI think everyone needs to know about this companyMy contact information is listed below, let me know if you have any questionsI let him know, he better count his lucky star he is not local he would had to explain his rude mouth and behavior to my faceBusiness Response After several email consultations, this individual ordered thru his company [redacted] Texas) a commercial door announcer system from usAt the time of ordering, another individual ended up placing the order on the phone and failed to make clear that separate systems were to be on orderConsequently only one was shippedThe credit card extended for the order got declined by our payment system for reasons germane to the card and it took a couple of days for the client to arrange for clearance of payment.It was only about weeks from date of order that we received a call from the individual who filed this complaint, explaining that he only received one system instead of two and blamed us for holding up his job with his clientAs a courtesy we decided to ship the second item via priority mail at no charge to himJust to find that his card was again declined by the system for payment of the second system and took a couple of days to get cleared.Shortly after reception of the second item, this individual called us again to explain that he never wanted wireless systems but wired onesThis comes after two weeks that the first system was in his hands to reviewAfter I explained to him that only one element out of the whole system is wireless, the rest of it being wired, that a wired substitution can be attached to it in any case, and that ultimately he could return the entire set of items for a refund, the level and amount of improprieties, the insults and verbal brutality and violence that he manifested towards me on the phone left me stunnedIn a few words and I paraphrase, if I were in his presence, he said, he would grab my body parts and dismember meSome of that even flares up in the language of his filed complaint, and much more so in this email from him sent to me afterwards:"Look you are nothing but a [redacted] and [redacted], I have emails and conversations that prove that we only wanted hard wired,, chimes & light you're too weak to be man enough to just admit you are wrong, and you better be glad you aren't here because I would be breathing in your faceI've already called the, the State of Mass, & the Chamber office letting them know what kind of business you & your family run all the my family name in plural!
