This letter is in response to your letter dated December 13th, which we received late last week, accusing our company of being in violation of Revdex.com’s Code of Business PracticesYour form letter more specifically stated that the business has failed to make a good faith effort to resolve complaint(s), which is simply an inaccurate assertionThe specific complaint that you reference was from a customer, Ms [redacted] ***, whom has repeatedly contacted us claiming to have technical issues with the product, after her boyfriend ripped the device’s fasteners apart and used our products directly against manufacturer’s instructions, two facts which she herself confirmed in her communications to us.We also hope that you can also confirm in the attached that we have repeatedly addressed Ms***’s concerns in a timely manner and educated her about her misuse and misunderstandings of the product’s featuresWe have done so only to reiterate to her what is clearly as stated in our product’s manual and on our product’s website under Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) sectionDespite the fact that Ms***’s actions invalidated the product’s warranty, we have replaced her device once already, as detailed in the *** proof of delivery confirmations attachedAdditionally, and even though we have already replaced Ms***’s device once before, we have offered to inspect and repair it once again in December of 2017, in our final effort to address her concernsAs you will also note in the attached, we have done all of this despite the fact that she has hidden diagnostic information from us, from the device’s mobile phone user app, presumably because she is aware that these data will only reconfirm what we already confirmed from the first device that she returned in tattersNamely, that she has used our product directly against manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.Lastly, we hope that you will also note from our impeccable complaint history with your agency, that we have only been commended by our customers since our voluntary joining of the Revdex.com accreditation programWe thank you for the opportunity to share our side of the story and for your detailed review of our efforts to satisfy and resolve our customers concerns.Respectfully, [redacted]

The customer has been responded to multiple times and made aware of our Terms & Conditions every time, as well as her device repaired and replaced recentlyShe is demanding a refund that is well beyond the Terms & Conditions she accepted when she purchased the device and we have gone above
and beyond to address her requests, but she is erratic and difficult to deal with

I just want someone to fix the productIt's ridiculous that it is taking so long to get someone to fix the productWhen the company says I sound "erratic" it is because I have sent over emails without getting a response - Each time getting more and more frustrated. The product is not a smartphone I can take to any local repair technician. I have a product that doesn't work and want the company that makes it to help me fix itI don't know why this is taking so long. PLEASE HELP FIX THE PRODUCT YOUR THE ONLY COMPANY THAT MAKES

To whom it may concern:This case was closed prematurely.I have contacted this company over timesIt is beyond ridiculous. After about or so attempts to contact the company they finally responded when I contacted the Revdex.com and ask to have the defective product to be sent in. After sending the product in and waiting quite some time they responded that it will be a week before they can look at itA week went by and I contacted them again (when I say contacted - I mean I sent multiple emails hoping they finally would respond bc they have a horrible track record of responding to any any customers) and they said it would be another week. That was a few weeks ago and now the company has my product and is no longer responding to my emails.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET QUANTUM DYNAMICS TO FIX MY PRODUCT???? Regards,
