This will be my only response on this matter
December of Mr*** commissioned a new computer from my store, and paid a deposit towards parts, which equated to half the purchase amount including tax Due to poor business financing I failed to meet my end of the bargain Therefor I owed, and still owe, Mr*** his 300.00$
Mr*** was one of three systems that were commissioned and deposits made on at that time All three were caught up in the same debacle The other two computer systems have been either refunded or delivered admittedly a lot later than I am personally comfortable with Since Mr*** was the only one of the three to become threatening and limiting with his demands, he was put to the bottom of the list A list that now has only his name on it
Therefore, I am currently building up the 300.00$ to refund, finally, Mr*** deposit Afterwards, I would be greatly appreciative if Mr*** would find another service provider There are several to choose from in the Lake Jackson area Since Mr*** demands cash, he will have to wait for me to earn and save up that cashI have started, and with current projections those funds may well be available for pickup on or before Wednesday April 12, I do have Mr*** number on file, and he will get a call once have cash in hand
After that he, and your organization, will be someone else’s problem
Still, on the bright side, this is more pleasant than dealing with the local judge and Sherriff’s office, which was what Mr*** had originally threatened me with Threats of litigation, however minor, will end the conversation and will cause me to wait for legal counsel to contact the parties involved

My only reaction to this rejection is "Oh Well."
Currently I am paying off sales taxes. The State fully believes they are more important than Mr. [redacted], and at this point so do I. Once taxes are paid, and the funds are regenerated, this debt will also be paid. Additional gnashing of teeth and rattling of swords would be unhelpful.
When funds are available, Mr. [redacted] will be notified.

See, I told you so. This company is disingenuous and has not contacted me for the return of my $300.00 deposit they owe me, much as I suspected and so predicted in my last communication. ** [redacted]
