[redacted] join us as a merchant on 12/23/ Several calls was put placed to merchant on 1/5/2016, 1/6/2016, and 1/11/ On each call he hung up on our agent and said we would call back On the final he said he mentioned wants to cancel There is no cooling off period for merchants accounts Once an account is activate it will incur cost and contract is enforced We will be more than happy to refund the swiper which we just received on 1/13/ However the contract for the merchant account states a $cancellation fee which will be enforced
