Review: My wife and I joined this club over others for 2 reasons. The location and they had a pool. I went with a two year membership because lockers were offered as a bonus. I joined as of January 01 2013 and six weeks later blew my knee out and had surgery. I have been going to physical therapy and have not used the gym. The problem occurred today 08/01/2013 when I went to go to swim class and found myself locked out. doors closed with a message to use another club out of the way with no pool. Where was my notice of closure and what happened to my personal property locked in our lockers ?? I feel a refund in full is due to us for the way this went down and our missing property. We can use this to apply towards our choice of club we choose to attend.Desired Settlement: I paid $574.04 check # 2576 dated 12-28-12. I am also out swim suits, towels, toiletries, shirts, shorts, sneakers, locks, gym bags, pool weights etc... probably in access of another $400.I had no notice of this closure or chance to retrieve my property and am not interested in a gym without a pool. I am willing to accept the loss of my property if I am given a full refund that I can use towards another pool.
