Mr*** date of service was 1/13/His insurance company was sent a bill on 1/19/2016, which w feel is a very tmely responseWe are unable to control the speed in which other facilities send their invoicesMr*** assigned responsibility from his insurance company was as he stated
Our facility did give him the discount to make the balance due $3900.00, which he paidMr*** was issued a refund in the amount of $on 5/2/The amount is as follows:
$- Mr*** paid at his time of service (discounted rate)
$- Amount Mr*** was refunded from StLuke's Medical Center on 5/2/
$- Amount Mr*** owed to StLuke's Medical Center (after discount was applied to what insurane comany stated he owed)
$- Amount Mr*** owed for Acct#*** or his preop testing on 1/8/

I still have not heard from Quantum Fitness. They apparently don't stand behind the products they make, and additionally, don't mind giving bad advice (and charging you for it - buying a part that didn't solve the problem). [redacted]

We received a letter in reference to a complaint from a [redacted] 
As a Hospital, we must comply with the State and [redacted] laws. I am unable to confirm or deny that this person or a member of their family was a patient in our facility....

I will say that any time a complaint is brought to our attention, we do reach out to that person directly to resolve any concerns.

I Am attending the wound clinic at st likes and every appointment they run 2 to 3 hours late they make appointments that start at 8 am but the Dr. Does not bother to show up till 9:30 or 10:00. It's no big deal to them ! I had a 9:15 appt. this mourning and it is already 10.21am and there are still 3 people ahead of me.
