Review: Purchased a new RV in 2013 with a Quantum Group CO alarm system (Model 12RV-DB). Alarm has a limited 6 yr warranty from date of manufacture (4/18/11). Unable to contact Quantum Group by phone or e-mail to have alarm replaced. Local RV dealers are also currently unable to contact this company.Desired Settlement: Business needs to honor its warranty.

Review: I returned an carbon monoxide detector to this company on 6/12/2013 with the company's authorization (RGA). I have called them 5 times over the past 6 weeks checking on the status of my new item . I have been lied too each and every time they actually answered the phone. their customer service dept potentially could be the very worse I have ever dealt with in my life. 20% of the time you get the answering machine which actually is positive because their voice is normally full from unanswered calls so you can't leave a message. I am not really you will have any better luck getting hold of these people. This information is more FYI for the public regarding the worst customer service ever. I still haven't received my product

Review: Around March 8-10 I ordered a Costar Model 9 RV carbon monoxide detector for our motor home replacing an older one. On March 11, Capital One shows a transaction from our credit card to Quantum Group in the amount of $36.25 ($29 cost plus shipping). Since then I have made a number of phone call attempts to their customer service number phone number, [redacted] (Customer service is not available, leave a a message). The second number [redacted] states the number has been disconnected or no longer in service. I would like to know where and how they shipped the item or advise me when and how I will receive the item. I have talked with a Capital One service rep and said I would wait to see if the Revdex.com can resolve this complaint, but I will only be at the address in

Review: I called to have a faulty carbon monoxide detector replaced. I received an RMA #[redacted] and then mailed the unit to the company on December 12, 2013. After receiving no response I called on January 14, 2014 and was told my RMA had not been dealt with yet as they had 3 weeks off during the holidays ! I emailed on Jan 20 and Jan 23 without a response. I have now had to purchase a replacement unit for my RV trailer, as we are living in it full time. I can't understand such incompetence in dealing with warranty isues.Desired Settlement: Send me the money that I had to put out for the replacement, ie. a check for $30.00USD

Review: I have made numerous attempts over the past 2 weeks to contact the business through the phone numbers and the email listed on their website and have not received any response. I have a defective unit that is still under warranty, and I would like it serviced or replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like my unit repaired or replaced.
