I was hired by the building owner through the property manager to replace some water damaged paneling in the restroomOnce we started the work however, the renters there( [redacted] who filed complaint) tried to tell me how they wanted the work to be done and wanted to change things in the bathroom I explained this is not what the owner slash property manager once or will pay for and that that would require an additional charge so we did the work that the property manager wanted and several times we had [redacted] and his wife complaining about the way they wanted it done and as we were finishing the job saying not to apply caulking on it because they were going to do it and they were going to paint it and do what it was going to take to make it compliant for the health department, but we went ahead and finish the caulking and got it prepped so they could just paint it then months later I saw him in [redacted] and he shouted something to me from feet away then tried to film / take a picture of me as I was leavingthen a few weeks later I saw him on the freeway, he looked and was pointing at me so I gave him the middle finger, then that night I got this email that he made a complaintI don't understand how someone who was not even a customer of mine or paid to have me provide a service can try to file a complaint because the job wasn't done the way they wanted it to be done when they were only the renters / tenants and DIDN'T HIRE or PAY ME? I have been in business over years and have never been called back because of poor workmanship, only once or twice because something was overlooked / forgottenI have an outstanding satisfaction rating with all of my clients and most of my work is off of customer referralsThis is ridiculous if just anyone is able to file a complaint without some kind of proof that they hired me or of faulty workmanship, my estimate and invoice was to the property management office and only named their lame gluten free bakery on the estimate as where the work was performed a year ago

It's simple, leave me and my family aloneMr*** does terrible work, which he tries to pawn off as professional finish workIf he felt like he could stand on a bucket against me he would bring me to court for the $he says I owe him, instead of harassing me and my family by vandalizing my building or flipping me off on the freeway. What *** see's is a illusion in his own head, I took pictures of his vehicle and license plate for the police report I had filed days earlier, when he threw the bagel at my building (Yes I have video footage of that ***, you should think before you act)The video footage just didn't show his license plate clearly. On the freeway, I was driving, minding my own business when Mr*** gave me, my year old, and my wife the middle fingerThanks for that ***, I had to explain to my year old why the mean man was causing us trouble againAlso thanks for the updated license plate information I was able to let the Auburn Police Department know you had changed your plate from CA to NV, and you updated number, which I would haven known you had done if you didn't flip me off :)If this Revdex.com complain doesn't stop ***s, behavior and continued harassment, I will be forced to make a official complaint against his license with the State of California General Contractor Licensing Board, and will have a real contractor come fix the work he so poorly did, and submit it against his bond for reimbursement.P.Sthe only "Lame" thing at my bakery is the terrible work done by the contractor who remolded my bathroom, and the guy who threw the half eaten bagel at my building week of my opening***, we all know who that was.***
