Quantum Law Firm has not fulfilled its contractual agreement with me for bankruptcy services. They fail in answering questions and returning calls.
I am not pleased with the quality of service that Quantum Law Firm has given me. I have paid them $1550.00 of the $2250 and I will not pay the remaining $700.00 because I do not trust that they will fulfill their contractual obligation. I have requested to speak with my attorney regarding questions that I have before my bankruptcy hearing and [redacted] one has answered my emails or phone calls. I may want to continue my bankruptcy proceedings but with another firm.
