Review: Company will not bring the solar inverter or service panel installation to code that they installed . We are having electrical issues and they refuse to help correct them. Other electricians have been called out to upgrade our service panel and no one will take it on because of the existing solar issues that are not up to code. Quantum first told us they would take care of the problem when they were called out to check on the solar and electrical. We were so happy to hear they could take care of it. We were willing to pay for the service panel upgrade. Then we got a call that said they would be considerably higher than other bids. I told them that was ok because no one would take on this job. Then we never heard back from them. I had to call them back. I was shocked to hear that the owner did not care to help us and did not care that it wasn't up to code. They told us to find someone else to do the work. Our home has been remodeled to accommodate a family member who became a quadriplegic who is a home health patient who is bed bound and is dependent on power. After the accommodating the home for him, we installed grid tied solar and a stand by generator. We have spent so much trying to get our home comfortable and safe for him. What are we supposed to do if no one is willing to upgrade our panel because of existing electrical solar issues not being up to code. We are very disappointed with this company.Desired Settlement: We would like a qualified electrician to upgrade our panel and have the solar brought up to code.
