Hello, I spoke to Mr*** today about his complaint and questionsAfter reviewing everything with the customer he now understands the program and how it will work moving forward with his deliveriesHis account has been placed in WC (will call) statusSo Mr*** now understands he will have to call us to place his deliveries moving forwardWe also discussed his balance and he agreed to have his wife call me back to discuss a payment plan to close out the balanceWe now at Quarles consider this matter to be resolved based on our conversation with the customer. Quarles made a delivery to my home without my permission and then they want to issue a bill. That is not acceptable. I spoke with Will however I never agreed to pay the billI do not believe we should be responsible for services that we did not request. Also after our first delivery my wife spoke with Quarles to have our account put on a credit status where we would make monthly payments. This is part of Quarles' unprofessional conduct. No one ever followed up regarding that. I do not believe that the balance is owed as we did not request a delivery and Quarles should take that as a lesson on how to treat customers.My wife handles our finances that is why I told Will that she would call moving forward. However my wife and I both agree that Quarles is not owed any money for a delivery that we did not request. Moving forward I understand that I will have to call and request a delivery but as for the May delivery I do not believe we should pay for something that we did not request
