Cancelled Gap Insurance and Extended Warranty Insurance
My husband and I financed a brand new truck from Charles Barker Toyota in Laskin road on July 31, We were offered a Gap Insurance and an extended warranty Insurance but decided to cancel both that same nightThe next morning, August 1, I called to let them know that we wanted to cancel the insuranceWe have days time frame to cancel per contractWe spoke with Chris *** finance manager on dutyWe were asked to sign documents and we went at the office on August 4, and signed the cancellation forms As of this date, the amount is still showing on my account balancedI called the office several times and left several messages for Chris *** but he was unreachableNot once he returned my callThe issue is still unresolved up todate and causing my refinance transaction with the other bank pending besides getting daily interest added to my balance

We also have customer service issues, repair issues, billing or collection issues and product issues
we have already lived in our new mobile home for over a yearAmerican Housing, *** assured us everything would be taken care of but it has notHis associate *** is incompetent and provides us with no customer servicethey refuse to solve the issues that have been addressed with our year home warranty(those still have not been fixed like they said they would do) they have not fixed the cement on the driveway that was supposed to be fixed before we pay them any moneythat was agreed uponthe ac unit has not be paid for because we will not pay until the problem with it being installed has been fixed

on 3/17/i began the purchase process with *** *** from american housing I filled out lending paperwork and was approvedwe selected our moblie home all paperwork was signed that was required, documents were provided by me and my wifewe were giving a delivery date of the first of augustwe have been promissed by *** that he would have all paperwork submitted he has not done his job refuses to process the paperwork he has lied to us and tried to blame the lenders they are still to this day waiting for papers from him.he lied to us about having the appraisel done he told us it was done and now were finding out it has not been donewe are currently living in a very small apartment as we gave up our house on the word of *** that our house would be ready.This person has done a horrible job with this sale and has no intention of assisting us forwhatever reasonHe refuses to answer calls or return calls or emails that we have sent by the hundreds, he has no business
