QuarryStone Solid Surface

We purchased countertops from *** (***) at Quarry Stone LLC We sold on the solid surface counter tops criteria that the countertops would never warp, could stand hot pans on surfaces, and are resurfacable After the first year the countertops are warped We have made several attempts to contact Quarry Stone with no response from the LLC

I dealt with quarrystone as a supplier of custom solid surface, with myself being the installer.

The folks there were very helpful in getting me samples and quotes to different options that I requested.

The custom sheets I purchased were the correct dimensions, and packaged very well for shipping.

Shipping was very expensive, but that is to be expected for delivery of such a large item.

They also provided helpful hints for working the material while preparing for the installation.

The surface is beautiful. Time will tell how it holds up, but it seems to be very hardy stuff.

We enjoyed working with Quarry Stone. [redacted] mans the showroom and handled selection, billing and questions in a timely manner. [redacted] was our lead installer with Frank helping him. They did a superb job of transforming our fiberglass shower space into a beautiful solid surface space. The surface we selected, which can be your custom color, is subtle and classy to blend nicely with existing sink, tub, and toilet color We did the prep work ourselves. Don't hesitate to ask QuarryStone questions to ensure the prep meets their install needs. One needs carpenter skills and the right tools! We hired a plumber to install the new shower valve as a precaution as QuarryStone does not do any of the plumbing related tasks but they do install any grab bars/surface mounts. We were faced with some wall corner trim design challenges and [redacted] was able to compensate with excellent measurements. Having a backup bathroom with another shower helped give us and QuarryStone install/silicone drying time flexibility as we live 2+ hours from Oshkosh and needed to work around schedules. Helpful: We laid paint drop clothes/old rugs from the house entrance to the bath, giving [redacted] and [redacted] ease of movement and increasing their efficiency without having to worry about tracking in construction dust. Just a really nice relationship.Thanks for a job well done!
