Review: Ms. [redacted] provided unprofessional service to a party of10. This was not my family's first visit to the restaurant as we gather there after church on numerous occasions. [redacted] is our normal waiter and I must say he perform an excellent job on every occasion and my family compensates him with a tip that is well over the "required 18% - that is printed on the menu." With that being said Ms. [redacted]: spoke to my family in a nasty tone, augured with my aunt as to what she ordered (if she would have repeated the order she would have noticed that it was her that made the mistake), slammed the same aunt new order on the table (wrong again but my aunt did not want to send the food back and accept the order), the stuffed crab on my husband's plate was sour and we ask that we substitute it for something else and it was once again in a nasty tone of voice, snatched the crab off of my husband plate without a glove (other food still on plate). It was the later when her performance was just unacceptable and I spoke with the owner to express my dissatisfaction with the service and ask that the gratuity be taken off of my bill. I was told no that it is mandatory and it was printed on the menu. I wrote on the bill " did not agree with 18% gratuity - waitress had a very nasty attitude will call Revdex.com on 9/16/13 and signature" and placed directly in the owners hand. My family's return to this restaurant will depend on the way the owner resolve this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the gratuity only ($7.72) as well as an apology from the waitress and the owner.
