To whom ever it may concern,My name is [redacted] and I am on the owner of the bail bond company responding to the complaint regarding [redacted] We posted a $10,bond for Mr [redacted] in Franklin county common pleas court (case # [redacted] This was posted on 1/5/we collected $ cash towards the premium of $1,This left a balance of $which was to be paid in full by 1/9/per the contract [redacted] was the co-signer on the bond whom agreed to these termsDefendant [redacted] failed to show up on 1/9/to pay remaining balance per the contractWe then reached out to [redacted] the co-signer on 1/12/and she promised to be in that day to pay the balanceAgain they failed to appear so we attempted again on 1/14/telling client that if the $isn't paid by 4pm that day we will surrender bond (we are allowed by law to surrender a bond if defendant does not comply with terms and conditions)We then called again that same day and phone number given to us said (the person you are calling cannot accept incoming calls)After no response we surrendered bond in Franklin county common pleas courtWe did mention we can always reinstate bond if they make the payment and complyI would like to mention interesting enough Mr [redacted] s bond was recently posted on 6/3/by a competing bonding company ( [redacted] Bail Bonds) whom we have had issues in the past having convincing clients to file these types of complaints against my companyAlso we received this complaint the same day Mr [redacted] posted the bondI do not believe this was a coincidence It looks like this complaint was filed by a ( [redacted] )I would invite Ms [redacted] to sit down with my attorney and see exactly why this complaint was filed months after the bond was surrendered and the same day a competing bail bonds company took the bondI would also like to bring Mr [redacted] in the room as well to see why this complaint was filedAgain we have had to answer to complaints from clients of [redacted] Bail Bondsat this point we had every right to surrender bond due to failure to comply with orders of bondIf Ms [redacted] would like to continue this I would invite her to contact my attorney.Thanks [redacted]
