Somebody named Brent sent a few people out to install sod in our front and side yardAfter handing over a check, I noticed that they hadn't gone to the end of the house as promised on the west side, nor had they placed sod under one front bush even though they did under the other identical bushWe caught the guy before he took off with the remaining sod, and he told us it wasn't his problem and to take it up with BrentBrent told me via text that he would make good on it, and I have copies of our texts back and forthAfter a few days of empty promises where he kept saying he would bring the sod out to our house, he stopped responding altogether and never did what he said he'd doThere isn't much needed to finish the job, and it's hardly worth complaining about, but it's the principle of the thingDon't tell me you'll finish the job if you don't intend toIt's upsettingI went with this company in the first place because Brent see
