I purchased a horse trailer from this company, Blue Trailers LTD, website bluetrailers.us, I have a signed contract and it was to be delivered on April 17,2020. Trailer still isn't delivered and there is no phone number to talk to anyone all done with email. They are using Covid-19 as a reason it hasn't been delivered as of yet.They reassured me this morning Friday April 24, 2020, that I will have my trailer delivered. I looked the address up & it looks like an empty lot. Research shows they don't have a business license in Washington state. I know I made mistake and I'm really worried about being scammed and that someone else might have the same experience

I would give them no stars, but don't seem to have that option. I feel so badly for ***. She will never see her money. THERE IS NO DOUBT THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! I did my research before purchasing a trailer from them. Seemed too good to be true, and it was. I live in the Midwest, so I made several different calls to the Washington Revdex.com, Washington Chamber of Commerce, and Consumer Protection Dept. and was told that Sky Rider Trailers business was nonexistent. The last person I talked to said she drove past the lot daily to and from work, and it used to be an RV business and was now vacant and had been for several years. I was given the number for the Federal Trade Commission, but, unfortunately, never got around to making that call to turn them in. If I had, maybe ***. wouldn't have been taken in. I am so sorry I didn't make that call!!!!! Please, everyone, do your research in the future. Who knows what name this business will use next to scam people.

I entered a contract with Sky-Rider LLC on September 24 2018 for a 2010 Trail-et Horse Trailer wired them the funds for the purchase in the amount of $3500.00 minus the delivery fee. I had emailed several times wondering what was going on with my purchase tracked my transaction on their website, and learned finally that the trailer was damaged in transit. I have emailed several times and finally had to threaten lawsuit in order to receive a response. I was told that I could recall my wire transfer at any time and found out that this is impossible by my bank. I cannot contact them as the website is suspended, cannot email them, and there is not a phone number in which to call them.

I had purchased a used horse trailer on November 6 - 2018, I have been tracking the movement of the trailer until today when the site has been closed down. Once we checked into this I find out that this entire site is a scam. My purchase was (is) $ 4957.09 CAD

I purchased horse trailer, stock # *** for $2,650.00 plus $336.60 shipping. Transferred money and have signed sales contract. I was informed that the trailer was damaged in transit in Boise, ID and that a full refund would be issued. Received email 10/3/18 saying that refund check had been issued and to contact them in 5 days if payment had not been received. As of today, no payment has been received. Repeated emails have been ignored. They have not attempted to contact me since 10/3/18.

No response about trailer tracking after sending wire transfer fr horse trailer. Pd in full.No response to delivery. Trailer still shows sale pending on website. Its been pd for by me.

I entered into a contract with Sky-Rider Trailers transport, September 24 2018, I wired the funds for the purchase of a trailer and as of today October 30 2018 still do not have the trailer.
I have tracked my trailer via the website and learned the trailer was in Goldfield, Nevada on October 12th. I heard or saw nothing since then. The phone call that I was to receive when the trailer was going to be delivered and the 19th of October came and went with no communication. I sent another message through their website wondering what was going on and was told:
A damage report has been received by our tracking department. Your shipment has been damaged in transit. Your item is insured by carriers liability and cargo insurance while in transit. An agent was assigned to inspect the shipment. Once the investigation is complete, a notification letter will be emailed, faxed or mailed to you. If the shipment cannot be delivered, we will issue all refunds according to the terms and conditions set forth in transaction agreement.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this company and wonder if I will ever get the trailer I paid for, or my money back.

I am attempting to purchase a used horse trailer from this company. In doing so, I have taken out a loan to pay for the trailer. They have extended my payment to September 7, 2018 from September 3, 2018. I have been in contact with them and told them that the funds have not yet been received in my bank account for me to finalize the payment for the trailer. They sent me an email that stated if payment is not received by end of business on September 7, 2018, my contract will be cancelled and I will be unable to attempt another purchase EVER! I have stayed in touch throughout the week asking the company to extend me a little courtesy in finalizing this contract and they refuse to extend any further. I have even asked them for a telephone number to ask questions from a human being not some behind the curtain email. All contact is via email. As well, the account the money is to be wired to is in New York not Washington. The website does say they ship internationally. There has to be some type of delay they have faced before with other customers and especially those overseas. They seem to think that I am cheating them when I feel the same from them!

I believe this company is part of the same scam.

I wanted to buy a trailer from them. Went through the motions for financing but they couldn't come up with a copy of the title. They e-mailed me back and said I couldn't talk to a live person until I went through and payed for my fist transaction.Must be friend of ***.

This business is now using a different address. I'm glad I was able to find info here at Revdex.com.
