Attached is a document from Advantage collection agency, forgiving Mr [redacted] of all debts with Preventive Pest Control, removing Mr***'s account from collections, and deleting it from his history

Mrs*** was interested in signing up for our bi-monthly pest control services and signed up and agreed to one year of services -services total performed bi-monthly She wanted to confirm with Mr*** and contacted him on the phone, and we were all in agreement moving forward
At that point Mrs*** signed the agreement for us to come to their home every other month to perform the services that we all agreed to Included in the program that the ***s signed up for are the bi-monthly treatments as well as unlimited free re-services The bi-monthly treatments are on a schedule and a route, and do not require the customer to be home for service With the unlimited free re-services, the customer can call in any time and have the home re-treated; it's part of the package I sent Mr*** months worth of late notices before turning the account over to the collection agency We never heard from him Once we turned the account over to the collection agency, the collection agency attempted to reach out to Mr*** as well By law, the collection agency has to do this before recording it to their credit Unfortunately, the time to dispute these charges was years ago, and we did everything in our power to contact Mr*** as did the collection agency Had these charges been disputed at that time years ago, we could have stopped process; unfortunately we can't do anything years after the fact I have contacted the collection agency and reduced the balance due to $139.00, but there is no way to remove it from his credit(That could only have been done years ago.) We simply want to get paid for the services that were rendered, and I have eliminated all late fees and cancellation fees I would even be willing to offer Mr*** months worth of free-pest service on top of that, so he feels good about paying the money owed for the previous services Please let me know if there is anything further I can do.

I don't accept his offerI want it removed as agreedI didn't sign a contract nor did I agree to his services He even sent me a copy of the original contract that verified I didn't signnot sure how he got my social security number and that's a whole additional issue in itselfNot to mention the collection company that he assigned my account to is not licensed to collect in the state of Arizona.
