Review: I ordered merchandise from this retailer in mid-November. I emailed her on 11/21, she informed me that it was ready to ship. I've tried several times to contact the retailer via email, facebook messge and the business facebook page. I'm still waiting on a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money.

Review: I ordered a shirt from Queen B July 4th 2013 for $39.00 and I have yet to get my product. I have asked for my money back she said no she does not give money back. Then she tells me she mailed it on November 20th but refuses to give me tracking info, respond to my messages, or texts and still no shirt. She stole my money in my opinion one of my good friends is having the same issues with her. She needs to be stopped this is fraud. I have tried to contact her and she will not even respond anymore so I have a feeling she didn't even mail the shirt like she said she did. I asked my bank to stop payment but its been past the 90 day policy even though I explained to them she kept giving me the run around about getting it and then shipping it now. This has been our conversation until now that she won't respond:

Sept 24th - I asked: What about the crazy act like a lady top when will that ship?

Oct 4th I wrote again: Has my hide your crazy and act like a lady shirt shipped? If not can you please refund me my money?

Oct 8th she finally responded: I don't do refunds but I can honor a store credit...the lady is working on the hide your crazys as we speak

Oct 8th my response: That is the shirt I want so if you can get it to me within the next week or so I will wait. Three months is way to long especially with little communication. Please let me know when it ships.

Oct 25th I asked: Can you please let me know about my hide your crazy shirt? It has been since July that I paid for it please let me know what's going on this is getting so frustrating.

Oct 27th she responds: I got your text lastnight...shirts were picked up by the supplier at the end of the week and supposed to ship to me this week...you are also welcome to use the $39 towards store credit...thanks

Oct 27th my response: There is nothing else I am interested in I have already looked. Thank you I look forward to getting my shirt very soon! It would be so much better if you would communicate with your customers who have already paid for their orders this has been very frustrating.

Nov 4th me asking: I was checking on my shirt if it has shipped since it was supposed to be to you last week?

Nov 5th me again since no response: Please let me know about my shirt I am tired of getting the run around or no response at all this was my money you took for a product I have yet to receive like my good friend [redacted] who also ordered one and is also getting the run around from you. I want my shirt or I want my money ASAP this has gone on too long!

Nov 12th she writes: I'm waiting for them to arrive this week and shipping out as soon as I receive

Nov 20th me asking: Did my shirt ship?

Nov 20th her response: Got them...shipping tomorrow ??

Nov 25th me asking: Can you please send me the shipping info for my shirt? I have not received it yet.

Nov 30th me asking again: My shirt has still not come if you mailed it last Wednesday it should have been here already please send me the tracking info.

I have not gotten a response yet about the tracking info so I really don't think she mailed it.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for this product I ordered July 4th and have yet to get it. This business is a joke she's a fraud stealing from people buying her products.

Review: I ordered a top on December 13, 2013 and I received a text message stating she received my payment and I have not received my order. I contacted the shop owner and told her that I had not received my order and she stated she had mailed it and she could not provide me a tracking numberDesired Settlement: Sent my order order or refund my money.

Review: On 6/21 I ordered and paid for an "Act Like a Lady" t-shirt - at the time she posted on face book that they would ship in 3-4 weeks. On 8/6 - I contacted her via email and facebook message and she responed that "shirts are at the printers being printed and blinged...first round already went out and the rest will go out as soon as I get them." On 9/3 I sent another email asking for update - no response. I also sent facebook messages - on 9/4 and today 9/17 that said the following:[redacted],

I was wanting to know when to expect my order - Act like a lady shirt ? It has been 6 weeks since your update email (8/6) and 12 weeks since I placed the order (6/21). If I need to select an alternate item please let me know.

I just want a resolution to this issue. Her policy states that refunds are not allowed but that altetrnate product may be chosen in the case where an item is not available.Desired Settlement: I just want a resolution to this issue. She states that" she works through messages as she can and that she gets over 200 messages and inquiries a day."

I have sent multiple messages over the last two weeks and have not gotten a response, yet she has posted new merchandise over 20+times on her facebook page. S

She can either give me a delivery date, refund my money, or allow me to select another in stock item.

I am trying to be flexible since her policy states that refunds are not allowed but that altetrnate product may be chosen in the case where an item is not available.

Review: I ordered and paid for a shirt on June 25, 2013. I have made multiple attempts to message and contact the seller about receiving my shirt. She continued to string me along….saying the shirt would be on its way each time that I asked about it. Now, FIVE months later….still no shirt and now she refuses to respond to messages. She has now blocked me from being able to send her messages about my order and still has yet to send the shirt. I have filed a dispute with my bank.Desired Settlement: Refund and removal of site from Facebook.
