Review: I ordered merchandise from this retailer in mid-November. I emailed her on 11/21, she informed me that it was ready to ship. I've tried several times to contact the retailer via email, facebook messge and the business facebook page. I'm still waiting on a response.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money.
Review: I ordered a shirt from Queen B July 4th 2013 for $39.00 and I have yet to get my product. I have asked for my money back she said no she does not give money back. Then she tells me she mailed it on November 20th but refuses to give me tracking info, respond to my messages, or texts and still no shirt. She stole my money in my opinion one of my good friends is having the same issues with her. She needs to be stopped this is fraud. I have tried to contact her and she will not even respond anymore so I have a feeling she didn't even mail the shirt like she said she did. I asked my bank to stop payment but its been past the 90 day policy even though I explained to them she kept giving me the run around about getting it and then shipping it now. This has been our conversation until now that she won't respond:
Review: I ordered a top on December 13, 2013 and I received a text message stating she received my payment and I have not received my order. I contacted the shop owner and told her that I had not received my order and she stated she had mailed it and she could not provide me a tracking numberDesired Settlement: Sent my order order or refund my money.
Review: On 6/21 I ordered and paid for an "Act Like a Lady" t-shirt - at the time she posted on face book that they would ship in 3-4 weeks. On 8/6 - I contacted her via email and facebook message and she responed that "shirts are at the printers being printed and blinged...first round already went out and the rest will go out as soon as I get them." On 9/3 I sent another email asking for update - no response. I also sent facebook messages - on 9/4 and today 9/17 that said the following:[redacted],
Review: I ordered and paid for a shirt on June 25, 2013. I have made multiple attempts to message and contact the seller about receiving my shirt. She continued to string me along….saying the shirt would be on its way each time that I asked about it. Now, FIVE months later….still no shirt and now she refuses to respond to messages. She has now blocked me from being able to send her messages about my order and still has yet to send the shirt. I have filed a dispute with my bank.Desired Settlement: Refund and removal of site from Facebook.
