The letter dated 3/13/17 was actually U.S.P.S. post marked 3/15/17 and recieved on 3/18/17. After trying to contact [redacted] for several times for hours on Saturday 3/18/17 I finally was given the opportunity to talk to her as well as listen to exactly what transpired. on Mon March 6, 2017 during the evening after hour she called but got the voice mailbox and left a message. Being that she was out of oil she stated she had a friend/neighbor put diesel in her furnace to get her heat. [redacted] then stated that she did not get a call back on Tues, Wed or Thur, so on Friday March 10th she called back during normal hours and placed her order with the office person. All orders taken on Friday are for Monday delivery. [redacted] told me she thought the delivery was coming Saturday and called and eventually talked to the on-call personnel who informed her that Saturday deliveries and after hours deliveries are for EMERGENCIES and there is a fee for this service. She told me her friend/neighbor [redacted] once again put diesel in her furnace to give her heat until the Monday delivery came because she did not want to pay the EMERGENCY fee. On Monday March 13, 2017 the oil was delivered to Ms. [redacted] as Scheduled. 1) [redacted]'s phone number was not found on my phone log system for March 6-9th 2017 2) On Friday March 10 [redacted] called & placed her order and this is the ONLY time her credit card was charged for the Monday delivery. 3) To try and resolve the issue I told her that I would personally pay for the plumber (Trevor Pawlak) that she had come over, as long as he was a licensed plumber technician and could provide me a certified invoice bill on a company letterhead with a verified license number. [redacted] stated that she was not looking to be reimbursed money and didn't want that. She stated that she simply only wanted a apology which I did give her for any misunderstanding that she may have assumed. After talking to [redacted] this matter has been resolved.
