Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that some of the facts they stated are not correct1) The manager that I originally dealt with, and whom quoted me the original quote, was still employed with Limons and was still employed upon the last time my truck was there2) the paint corrections washed off the first time I washed the vehicle weeks after being painted 3) unfortunately the paint runs on my door did not wash off 4) the calling of reputable collision centers to attempt to askew from the original quote is misleading since Limons is not the same calliber and Limons is the one that quoted not anyone else and lastly, I have documentation for the other quotes I was given that do not line up with what [redacted] would like to hearI agreed on accepting the $as part of what I was over charged, I had previously stated I would never do business with them again due to the way this was handled so I had no problem signing a paper ending the warranty....as the warranty proved to be just a promise to do even more sub par corrections Regards, [redacted]
