This is the second time I have used Queen City plumbing This time they installed replacement toilets Joe & Jerry did the job and it was excellent They got right to work, did the job, checked it out and cleaned up all the boxes & debris They hauled off the old "thrones", too Great job I highly recommend this company and their professionals

I was needing a new hot water heater I called different companies Not only was Queen City Plumbing have the most reasonable price, the other two companies were trying to add on extras that were not needed Queen City Plumbing owner *** was honest and was able to save me over
Travis came to my house, did a great job and cleaned up after he was done He was very respectful and nice to my yr old son who wanted to watch and help hand him tools

My sump pump alarm went off two night ago and the sump pump was not turning on. So I called 7 plumbers yesterday afternoon ALL were extremely busy, all were names with "A" rating pulled from [redacted] incidentally.
I was referred to Queen City Plumbing By[redacted]aid to ask for [redacted]. Queen City Plumbing responded quickly and I asked for [redacted] the owner. But I left a message for him to call me back. [redacted] like all other plumbers was busy and he did not call me back till late that afternoon. By then I had talked to all the other plumbers and received quotes and could come over the next day; many quotes where from the high of $310 - to $194 just to diagnose my plumbing problem and first hour.
[redacted] was the least expensive to evaluate by far, ($39) so I called him back and he responded rather quickly in his amazing purple truck. Very good guy with an amazing sense of humor.
(Humor: I don't remember how we got to talking about kids, but I asked [redacted] how many kids he had, and he said 5. I asked him why so many, and he said, "I just found something I like to do"!) That is funny!
[redacted] diagnosed my problem in less than five minutes. And he gave me a referral as well and let me borrow his extension cord too. Good experience. I would hire him or refer him.
It turns out it was an electrical problem, the pump worked fine.
I made balloon art for 2 of his boys (he has FIVE remember) in appreciation.

My wife was getting rashes on her skin from the Charlotte water. I called Queen City Plumbing and [redacted] came out and suggested a home water filter system. He came to my house free of charge told me about a Pro Systems with KDF and the benefits of the system.
I did my research and even had other companies quote the system. Even when the other companies were "offering a sale", Queen City Plumbing still beat everyones price.
Andy came and installed it Saturday and we already notice a difference. I wish I called them years ago. Its amazing. I suggest the water filtration system and Queen City Plumbing for everyone.
