This was the first time I used Queen City Plumbing, and I am truly pleased with their work. I've had problems with my downstairs half-bath toilet since I moved into my townhouse, and through several 'fixes' over the years, no one offered to solve the problem... until Queen City Plumbing showed up. I was impressed with their professionalism and courteous manner throughout the entire process. Fernando and Caleb did the work quickly, neatly, and as quietly as they could manage (the jack-hammer was not as noisy as I thought it would be), and I am now confident that THAT particular issues will no longer be a problem! I will definitely be calling Queen City should a need arise. Thank you for your great work, and Merry Christmas!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I recently had to move my furniture from FL all the way to NYThe previous company who was scheduled to pick up my items bailed on me last minuteThat's when I frantically started looking for another company to ship my stuffI came upon Pan American's website and submitted my information for a free quoteI immediately got a call with a quote that was HALF THE PRICE compared to the initial company I was scheduled with I immediately accepted the quote and was scheduled for a pick up THE NEXT DAY!! The movers arrived pretty early 6am and packed everything in the truck by 7am, I DID NOT have to life a fingerThe movers also were pretty nice and hilarious to have around They said expected delivery would be in days but to my surprise my stuff arrived THE NEXT DAY! I just couldn't believe itThey even helped bringing my furniture inside the elevator and up to the 12th floor I honestly DID NOT expect this kind of wonderful customer service from a moving companyI was ready to file complains and for a refund but I am EXTREMELY satisfied and will be contacting this company again if I ever need help with moving again
