During the sale, there was a question pertaining to the vehicle being listed as a certified vehicle but never was shown anything on the Crown Volvo's website regarding certified vehicle, this was discussed verbally within McKay's office and informed it wasn't certified as the vehicle still had a factory warranty of 5-years/50,miles having over 46,miles remaining and not cost effective to the dealership which I accepted as it seem to make senseAs to the luxury package, again, it was listed within the posted webpage of the *** *** *** ***'s (***) Member's Service, which was also printed out*** (*** *** *** location) initially stated vehicle wasn't valued at the asking price, upon reaching out to the dealership informing the dealership; it was mention (Crown Volvo) the vehicle couldn't be priced as it was a just released*** reiterated the vehicle could be priced due to it being registered with a previous owner, which the dealership then asked if they (*** Representative) were using NADA and listing all it's featuresAfter verbalizing the packages over the speakerphone and confirming the vehicle's options were listed with the value populated at $62,400.00, the dealership accepted the bank's value and I was advised that there would be a $2,price for Tax & Tags that would still need to be paid
*** and myself believed that the vehicle had all the associated features in part to the information listed on ***'s webpage and speaking with Crown Volvo dealership in addition to their claim the vehicle was worth over $72,with it's featuresEvery paper given by Crown Volvo doesn't list any features of the vehicle just the name and I'm sure would've noticed otherwise if they had given the vehicles sticker window information that Corporate asked seeing if I was given trying to resolve at the lowest level possible
Driving back to the dealership will be a waste of time and an unnecessary expense and he's proven this true when Todd D*** advised that I could go to the Revdex.comAs he's stated, "All dealerships use third party advertising to sell their vehicles and they're not responsible for how they advertise the vehicle's." Switching out sales associates and using inexperience's with vehicles as an excuse, which she should've been supervised if this was the case, could have prevented this situation when she couldn't fully operate some of the seats functions
In the end, I believe regardless of the outcome this was deliberately and purposely done to deceive closing the sale that profits the dealershipWorking with Yvonne up until the day of the sale then she was sent to assist another customer upon my arrival letting them know I arrived for McKay to sale the vehicle then having Yvonne contact me a few days later after the sale for follwhen it should've been McKay inquiring after the sale is heartless
The vehicle is a model per the webpage advertisement and the limited registration card filed with North Carolina by Crown Volvo dealership for Tax and Tags confirms it's a Referring me to read the manual by McKay to understand it's operating features, having me see through *** *** *** to run a software update seeing if this feature would surface once updated if it existed bought time for the *** check to be processed and then revealing afterwards that the vehicle never had the luxury package is humiliatingThe reading the manual and working with *** *** *** has revealed the true features of this vehicle and what should've been listedTherefore, sitting down with Crown Volvo is pointless; it won't change anything that is already doneSold a vehicle advertised by someone inexperienced along with try to have a software update to see if this will resolve the situation not having a desired feature with no accountability at any level is again pointless

Thank you for the opportunity to investigate this complaint. While we strive for customer satisfaction there were some obstacles in this caseWe have worked as diligently as possible to resolve these issues over the next day or two. We were delayed in getting tags because
the dealership from which we obtained the vehicle could not provide us with an MSO. We had to request a duplicate MSO. Our title clerk assures us that he should receive his tags today or tomorrow. The “pull ahead program” paperwork was filed correctly, however we are awaiting payment from Volvo so that we can release his check. The process was clearly explained to him at the time of sale, however we did not anticipate that it would take so long to receive funds from Volvo so I acknowledge that we likely set unrealistic expectations for timing of payment. I have asked the office to release funds to the customer prior to payment and they have agreed. However we need to first get something in writing from Volvo stating that funds will be paid or at least something confirming that we have properly submitted paperwork. Volvo is closed for the Easter weekend and will re-open tomorrow

Thank you for the opportunity to look into this complaint. While the vehicle was purchased as is we made several cosmetic repairs as a goodwill gesture to satisfy our customer. We strive for customer satisfaction as demonstrated by our actions...

in these repairs. So in the interest of customer satisfaction we will gladly provide a second key to Mr. [redacted]. We would only ask that he sign a release showing we have made the repairs he asked us to as well as provided the key, then remove the negative reviews he posted. If this is agreeable please reach out to Ricky W[redacted], General Manager to arrange a time for pick up of the key.

Sir, per your request of, 8/25/16, I am sending you a notice that the situation with Crown Volvo was resolved with a meeting between myself and Mr. Mark V[redacted] that ended with both parties agreeing that a reimbursement was in order, the amount being agreed upon by both parties. Though this situation was resolved, I can not in good faith rely on any future dealings with Crown Volvo or any subsidiary involved with that group because of this recent incident and past incidents. There is an old saying , "money talks" and since they have the majority of that, all this will be swept away. The only thing that I can do is "not" recommend anyone buying a product from Crown, but if they are the only game in town, have an attorney check any and all agreements before signing anything to make sure every jot and tittle is in the right place and in the buyers favor. Thank you and you group for helping in this matter. [redacted]

The dealership was in the process of a management change which delayed getting my issue resolved. It did in fact come down to the third party that they were using to register out of state vehicles. They are now analyzing what exactly happened with the third party to ensure this won’t happen again.  Thank you for your interest in looking into this and I hope my delay didn’t cause too much additional work.  Thank you,[redacted]

We are in receipt of your complaint #[redacted], [redacted] against Crown Volvo. We appreciate the opportunity to respond.
During the sale we were questioned about the vehicle being...

listed as a certified vehicle. Mr. D[redacted], General Manager, pulled up our listing on our website to show the vehicle was not listed by us as a certified vehicle. At that time they discussed that the site the customer was referring to is not our site. Our advertising at no time listed this vehicle to have a luxury package, to our knowledge this massage portion in seats has only become available on 2017 model vehicles. The vehicle does have the inscription package which includes many upgrades. We are more than happy to set up an appointment to review the features of the vehicle with the client as we are always willing to do with our clients. Please contact the dealership to set up an appointment. We are unable to honor your request to refund the vehicle.

I am rejecting this response becauseno tags or registration received in the mail as promised with car still not able to be driven legally for over 1 week and check for over $1800 from Volvo still not received
