We would need to have the Gift Card numbers in order to review the past activity If there is still a preauth hold on the funds I can certainly remove it and provide proof its been removed and balances are restoredOrders all pass through fraud and some are triggered for further review We use a 3rd party vendor to make those determinations to accept or deny orders Order that have been denied, customer must speak with a member of that Order Review Team for further details on how the determination was made

There were several attempted orders placed all of which were not successfully placed The preauth hold is placed on the funds to reserve them by the bank The bank will remove the hold if an order or transaction is not completed Typical bank holds are 3-days, but that is the financial institutions discretion It appears that the customer had filed chargebacks against rue21, as a result of the chargebacks the customer can not place online order with rue

The Customer called our Call Center and the information was sent to our District ManagerThe District Manager made several attempts to reach the Customer at the number she provided via email (###-###-####) with no returned phone calls from the customer

The signage said get $in rueBUCKS with every $purchase The sign was not in regards to redemption or mention how to redeem The rueBUCKS would have stated $off $and you would have received Online would have given details as well as any of our email blast rueBUCKS expired at the end of AprilWe can honor the discount as stated, but no give $off a $purchase

In reviewing the order, there was a verification issue that resulted in further review by an agent The order was accepted and processed It certainly shipped after the expected time frame and the $day shipping has been refunded to the customer The order is shipped and in transit to the customers home

Currently, all order take 7-business days to process, ship, and deliver This is listed on our website and during checkout [redacted] has shipped via UPS [redacted] [redacted] had a technical issue during processing and resulted in an error Customer could certainly replace order and we would gladly honor any coupons or pricing the customer had
