The customer [redacted] has filed a complaint saying she purchased a couple massage through a [redacted] sale for $170.50 which is false because on... [redacted] the couple package goes for $89.00. When taking the appointments, the customer is always told before arrival that there is a $4.00 service tax fee per person for each massage. Therefore the total the customer would pay on arrival for a couples package is $8.00 with their voucher number. She came in and used her voucher # [redacted] . We also have proof of receipt to show you that she only paid $8 in cash. As for the gratuity we suggest a tip on the original price of the massage which is $100 for one hour and we do a 15%to 20% which would arrange from $15 to $20. This is just a suggested tip so our employees feel equal. We never force tip, we always ask kindly and say its suggested based on the services the customer received. The customer then went and approved and paid the gratuity but now wants a refund and we can't refund her because it is a tip that she already agreed to pay. It has nothing to do with [redacted] because she used a voucher.

Queen Anne is not honoring the *** contract and terms - As I stated it was a couple spa reservation - however we were given this as a gift and we were charged individually - which breaches the contract. They gave us receipt of $each which is ridiculous when we paid $each. That is unacceptable and as I requested a refund of $should be issued and also an apology.
