Ms [redacted] s has no proof of cash sponsorship There were gifts donated but for the prize and contestant.judges packages and for our auction; no auction items received bids and those items remain with the donors and gift items were distributed to contestants and judges As mentioned, only one ad was sold as one person purchas [redacted] an ad requested a refund, which has been refunded to that person, so there was only one ad All other ads were free ads from in-kind sponsor donations or my own ads An again, since Ms [redacted] s was removed from her position, per her contract, she is no longer entitled to prizes and her title will be awarded to the delegate with the next highest score

I immediately responded back ask [redacted] her what she meant and it took her about minutes before she responded say [redacted] that message was meant for a friend she was chatt [redacted] with When I questioned her I never gave an amount that I would be able to afford and told her I needed to work on an amount and a schedule that would fir my income, since my disability is my only income, there were already automatic payments com [redacted] out monthly and I had to also take into consideration my rent, personal care items, food, etcto determine what was left to determine what Since I did not respond by July 1, I received a text message stat [redacted] she would be tak [redacted] legal action against me and the pageant I told her she was not go [redacted] to bully me into mak [redacted] an arrangement I she knew I couldn't afford She then made a comment that I received cash donations for the pageant, and I reminded her that was not true...everyth [redacted] came from my personal funds I explained to her that was untrue that the funds for the pageant was done through my personal funds because there were no cash donations I then told her to not contact me anymore that any other correspondence from her should be from an attorney She then tried to call me twice, after receiv [redacted] my message but I ignored her callsShe then sent me another text message since I would not answer my phone Had Ms [redacted] given me an opportunity before her threat to seek legal action, she would have found out I had a solution as she could have gone on her trip, but alone I found out that I could borrow enough funds to cover her airfare, and since my portion of the room would have also have been paid, she still could have gone on the trip.I then sent her an email tell [redacted] her because of her actions, she has violated the terms of our contract, page - paragraph and page paragraph I later also discovered she had another contract violation On June 8, 2016, I discovered a post on her Facebook page announc [redacted] that she was compet [redacted] in another pageant and held one of their state titles Per the last paragraph on page of her contract, it states that you can not hold a title in another pageant system while hold [redacted] a title with Ubuntu Pageants International unless without notification to and approval by the pageant office Ms [redacted] never discussed this with and I was surprised when I happened to discover this on July after I sent Ms [redacted] the notice of removal of her title.Because of her contract violations as state in the Affirmation on page of the contract, she forfeited her title and is no longer entitled to any prizes In fact, I could request her to return all awards, prizes, crown sash, etc., that she has already received I have attached a copy of a blank contract I have a copy which she signed, which was signed on February 7, 2016, but do not have a scanner to scan a copy to attach to this statement Ms [redacted] was also given a copy of the signed contract. In regards to the photos, as per the delegate contract, included in the attached delegate packet, also signed by Ms [redacted] , she signed a release of all photos taken from the event are property of the pageant to use for advertis [redacted] and promotional purposes (page 2, paragraph I of the Delegate Contract)

As of July 2,I am no longer affiliated with Ubuntu Pageants International and Queen Nefertiti ProductionsThe complaint was closed on 7/13/and should not have been reopenedThis matter has been addressed to its fullest extentI will not address any additional concernsThe prize (nor the value of it $1700) was never honoredNo additional information will be provided by myselfThis is harassment at this point

I have proof that she had sponsorship for the pageant. I was also a sponsor. She does not know who I was speaking to when I accidently sent her a text. If Ms. K [redacted] would have promptly responded as asked, then we would not be having this issue. Ms. K [redacted] FAILED to deliver on the prize she promised. I don't want my experience with this pageant system nor Ms. K [redacted] to happen to anyone else. I rightfully earned and deserve my prize.

Mr *** was provided with a full refund of his $ On April 4, 2016, a payment of $was sent then the remaining $was sent on July 7, Both payments, at his request, was sent to his daughter )Janice White) through her PayPal account (the original form or payment) as he requested I have attached the transaction statements form Paypal I also sent Mr*** emails to let him know payment had been sent I will forward a copy of the emails to the Revdex.com office via email that I sent to Mr*** from the pageant email, ***@ubuntupageantsintl.com to let him know payments had been sent, as my computer will not print the screens to attach them here

As mentioned to Mr. [redacted], expenses for the pageant event far exceed epected revenue for the event.  There was a personal loss of severaal thousand dollars and repayment is coming from my personal not only for his refund, but for cash prizes owed to participants.I also eplained to Mr. [redacted]...

that I am disabled and my only income is my disability income so monthly payments will be made. Those payments are beginning this week, the week of April 4, which is this current week.  In fact, a payment is going out today through PayPal to his daughter's account as he requested (the form of original payment).
