Ms*** *** represented herself as a licensed/legal caterer, however upon meeting & contracting with her to provide catering services for my Mothers funeral repass she fell totally short of professional cateringShe was questioned about having enough persons to help her, but she did NOT have the proper number of staff personnel (even though she stated "I have plenty of help") to allow serving of even head table persons to include my Moms sisters who are 108, 104, & years oldShe expected them to "get in line" with all other guests (100+)When the year old sister asked for foil to cover her food she came to myself & said she had NONEI told her she or someone on her staff should quickly go purchase someThis was ignoredMy Mom's sister wanted to cover & carry her food out because she was unable to cut up her food for consumption, as many others could not do so either, because Ms.*** had NO knives OR spoons although the contract called for "durab
