I purchased an item on 12/11/2019 with the understanding that it would arrive before Christmas. This was stated on the website that all orders received before 12/13 would arrive on time. The item was delivered on 1/1/2020 which was unacceptable. I returned the item on 1/2/2020 and requested a refund, which I have still not received a month later. I have repeatedly emailed and sent messages through the website in order to request a refund of which there has not been any correspondence back from the company. This is extremely frustrating and I would never purchase another item from this place. It is a complete scam.
