Thank you Revdex.com, the customer was very hostile before ordering.She admitted before ordering she wanted some free food,she checked at least customers foodI don't know how long she has been working there but we have been there at least a dozen times and have never had a issue at [redacted] or anywhere elseHer dish was 3pc Fish,whole chicken wings and fries $and cole slaw $She stated it was too much but she reluctantly orderedWe gave her whole wings and we were packing up leaving when she pulled up and said she was home and came back to show us one wing that was not completely done.I asked her what could we do for her and she said nothing and I offered and gave her $She proceeded with nasty words about how she didn't like the food anywayShe also went to Facebook trying to smear us with her tiradeWe have been serving the public for over years and have never had an issue like this.We love all of our customers and have a Family relationship with most of themIn my over 20years in the business I have never had an issue that could not be resolvedHowever I never hope or plan to serve her againYour suggestion in this matter would be greatly appreciated, Elvin,Q***

On 8.3.17, Queens Food Truck came to my place of employmentThe chicken I was served was rawI brought it to their attentionThe operator was defensive and rudeI asked for a refundHe offered me $I had paid $I didn't want to make an issue of it, but he was so rudeI have pictures of the dish I was servedI was in front of my job, so I didn't want to embarrass him or myselfThey were only there from - So I understood they couldn't cook another orderBut they could have apologized and offered a full refund but chose to be hostileI put barbecue sauce on it, so I don't know how much of what I consumed was rawYou can become very sick from raw chicken
