Rhonda Jefferson, sells food that she advertise on Facebook, I placed an order with her in October, for a Thanksgiving dinner. She wanted the money up front, so I gave her $75.00 to prepare this order. I called to check on my order on December 26th and the 27th, She stated that everything was OK and she had a meeting to attend and she will deliver my order on Thanksgiving morning at 7:30am. I waited until 10:00am and gave her another call after a no-show, she stated that her stove broke down and she was waiting for Sears to come by and repair it. I called the next day after Thanksgiving and she stated she would refund my money in 4-5 business days, a week later I called her again she stated that her insurance company will not allow her to give refunds because the order was not over $200.00. I have never heard of anything like this. I told her that I was going to take her to court, and she said TAKE ME. She also took my cousin money at the same time she took mine( Lesa Peterson).
Refund I don;t know what else to do, but I would like for this bussiness to close down and my money returned. This women can;t keep dubbing people out of money she has stolen $20.000 from Arlington Rehabititation Center in Birmingham Alabama.

I received 2 letters from u all.
I am addressing this issue. First of all her dates n statement that she provided the dates are very incorrect. She out in a late order n I went n picked her money up n her cousin money up at her house. And by the way her cousin Lesa already received her refund back and she has nothing else to do with it. This is about her only. So I had been cooking orders all the night before and on that day. *** stove overheated n I wasn't able to fix the last few orders. I was the one that notified her about the issue. I have no idea about this lady talking about no call no show. I informed her I would do it later that night or when maintenance finish up. So she said after I told her it would be 7-10 business days before a refund would be issued she said fine. This was on a Thursday n technically noone would be in the office til that following nday. I even went n purchased all the stuff again n I called her to say I'm cooking your dinner now. She started cussing me and saying all kinds of things. So the last time she called me I had a date to issue refund. Where said no u keep it n I will be sending u to court. And literally threatened me about coming to her house to give her refund . she told me not to step foot on her property.
I'm willing to mail her a money order from the post office on January 31st.

In response to ***, statement first of all she contradicted herself in so many ways and parts of her statement does not make sense. She did not notify me about her stove I had to call her several times before she returned my call I will also correct the Lies she made on her statement. She stated that she had to purchase the food all over again(OK)what happen to the food she was preparing after the repair man fixed her oven a LIE. She stated a week later she called me to tell me she was cooking me another dinner, why would I need a dinner and Thanksgiving was over that was another LIE. She stated that I would get a refund in 7-10 business days have not received that money to this day. She stated that I threaten her which was a Big LIE. She never had any intentions of paying me, she could have sent the money by someone else, or given it to my cousin Lesa when she paid her. Now she wants to prolong another lie about mailing me a money order to get the Revdex.com, off her back. She is a crook, a Lier, and a robber. She stated this is a business but she tells one Lie after another. What insurance company tells you that you can not refund any money if the order was not over $200.00. If she knew the order was not over that amount then why did she take my money. *** needs to be reported and put out of business, she is robbing people without a gun, I will not STOP until she pay me my NEY.
She can accept the refund or not. I will not go back n forth with this person. *** apologies and you have 2 choices, you can receive a postal office money order and it be mailed and I will put a signature requirement to show it was received or you can pick up at the Revdex.com. because next you would say you didn't receive it. So the choice is yours and I want to resolve this foolish case immediately resolved aan let them know how you want to receive your refund.
