I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The management of vi fill& wash is lying there camara does not cover all area of the car wash the camara is not x ray the camara does not show what the car wash guy do when he go in the car I point it out to him this incident did not happen the time he clame this incident happened at about pm,the owner was not on location,the management do not allow us to driver the car through the car wash, owner tell them not to wash our car unless the car wash guy driver the car through the car wash, the owner is arrogant he hire people who he dont know very much about,then they are allowed to take out news paper and evry thing that they thing and dump them in the garbage they can simply put the galixy pad in the news paper and dump it in the garbage and take out side,moreover the tablet is not big like a laptop as he clame, stealing from customer cars have been a problem at bi fill and wash for a long time one one and a half week after they steal my galixy pad they steal another Driver android phone using the same techniques by driving the car through which giver them th oppertunity to steal people stuff

On 08/**/15, A driver from *** *** **came to the car wash for a Full Service car wash at pmHe was getting his car vacuumedAnd he was standing next to the car.And then the car
was rolled into car wash tunnel.After the car wash, he pulled up his car to fuel up on further islands of the gas stationsHe left his car running, and he walked inside the storeminutes later, he came back to the store, and he said that the vehicle tablet is missingThat tablet is only for accepting jobs from the Commonwealth CoThe size of the tablet is almost the size of a Lab topAnd the tablet is permanently attached to the car.The gas station attendant told him that to come back the next day to review the CCTV Camera recordingsThe driver never came back to the gas station to review the Video.Queens Bl Fill N' Wash does not have a contract with Commonwealthdays later, the supervisor from Commonwealth Cocame to the gas station to review the videoAnd, the video proved that nobody touched anything in the car.Supervisor made a copy of the video, and took it with himdays later, the driver came back for Exterior wash only.He was very rude against Car Wash employees.He called them names, including MexicansAnd he was sarcastic about itThe employees never answered back to himBecause, the Commonwealth Supervisor told them not to respond him back.Queens Bl Fill N' Wash never spoke to HR department of Commonwealth
