Review: My car was being repaired in June 2103, by Andre, a manager of this company. The repairs was taking longer than expected, so Andre, told me to pay for rental a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, [redacted], for one week: $250. I charged $250 on my Discovery credit card. [redacted] stated that he would reimburse me the $250, after I returned the car and he also told the [redacted] the same thing. I returned the car after 3 days at his request. He stated that my car would be ready on the third day, but it was not ready until the 6th day. When I went to pick up my car, [redacted] did not have the $250, but promise to bring it to my home the next morning. [redacted] continued to avoid any contact with me, after I had picked up my car. As of this day, I have not received the $250 reimbursement that promised to me. This act is a compromise of the business integrity and trust. The reason for my delay was due to the tragic murder of my son and all associated dealings with the courts, which is still on going. I am just finding the time to process this complaint. Thank You in advance for all your assistance in this matter.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the $250.00. I want a Post Office Money Order, in the name: [redacted], for the amount of $250. I no longer trust any other type of business transactions with this merchant. This is a fair and honest request and I hope the merchant will honor his word. Thank You.

Sincerely,

Review: The business name given to me was "[redacted]" but that name appears to be unlisted. The owner's name is [redacted]. He picked up my car after it was hit while parked. He performed repairs, but only after being given the amount to cover my insurance deductible. During the course of repairing the car, someone from his garage was caught driving through two red lights. I received tickets in the mail for this as well as for the car being parked on the street without a license plate. [redacted] agreed to pay, and promised to stop by my home with a check. However, after agreeing to come by at least 5 or 6 times, has stood me up every time, and now is refusing to take my calls. The repairs were done piecemeal with the car being returned to me several times missing parts. It took repeated phone calls to get him to supply and install the parts. What should have been a week's worth of repair has taken two months. I still have no receipt showing what work was performed, or what parts were replaced. I have been asking for this information since he returned the car the second time. At this point, I do not trust that he performed the work he claimed and plan to take the car to the dealer to verify that the work was performed correctly.Desired Settlement: I require reimbursement for the tickets as well as a receipt showing me what work was performed, and what parts were replaced.

Sincerely,

Review: On July [redacted] 2013 my car was involved in a car accident were I got rear rear ended by two vehicles causing me to hit the car in front of me. As a result to this my car had to get repaired so I took my car to [redacted] of Queens County Collision on [redacted]. The driver who was at fault that hit my car, his insurance company Progressive had paid out 100% for the damages done to my vehicle and the check was sent to [redacted] to repair my vehicle from Progressive. Progressive had paid for a rental vehicle until my car was fully repaired as well. So my car had sat there until September [redacted] 2013. He never gave me an invoice of when I went to pick up of my vehicle on September [redacted] 2013 so progressive could not cover the last couple of weeks I had the rental car for. Enterprise has been calling me for me to make a payment and [redacted] refuses to write me an invoice so I can hand it to Progressive so they can payout the amount due to Enterprise. When I went to go pick up my car about half of the work that needed to be done was only finished as well he switched out my driver and passenger mirrors for a pair of aftermarket mirrors that were not authorized by me. The job done to the rear of my car on the driver side also did not match the paint of my car. Since than I have been waiting to get my car repaired but every time [redacted] tells me to come and drop off the car nothing gets done or an excuse is made that the pieces have not gotten there or the wrong pieces were delivered. When I went to go pay a parking ticket online for NYC I had found out that I had gotten a ticket by his repair shop because my car was parked in front of a fire hydrant on August [redacted] 2013. [redacted] had possession of my car and he failed to mention this to me as well as he threw away the ticket and never informed me about it. It has been 9 months since the accident and my vehicle has not been fully repaired to this day. I am still missing my front grill to my car, both factory mirrors, right rear side molding, my rear bumper assembly, my paint job was never completed on the left rear side of my car, and still never recieved an invoice for getting my car on September [redacted] 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a check cut out for the damages done to my vehicle that he did not repair, for the two mirrors that were swapped out without my authorization, for the fire hydrant ticket , and for the repair cost to get my car fixed at another shop. I also would like an invoice saying that I picked up my Vehicle on September [redacted] 2013 so I can send it to Progressive so they can payout Enterprises.
