After reviewing our website traffic, it appears that Ms*** was well aware of the price of each glass wether it is part of a grouped set or singularlyEach glass on our site is $regardless of the design placed up the glassWe
advertised our glasses as a set of which there are three glasses to choose fromA purchaser can choose to purchase any number of glasses from the set1,2,3, or or moreWhen Ms*** placed her order she ordered glasses for a total of $One of each glass from the groupWhile checking out it is very clear that she had chosen of each glassWhat I find interesting is that when we discussed the error Ms*** had made when purchasing the glasses and what we could do to remedy the situation she was not interested in any of them, including us incurring costsIn her complaint she is asking for us to send her more glasses for freeUnfortunately it appears that Ms*** would like glasses for the price of and that is not something we can accomplishWe have had several other people order from the grouping of glasses just as Ms*** has and she seems to be the only one confusedI wish Ms*** the best and hope she enjoys the glasses she purchased
