Thank you Revdex.com, the customer was very hostile before ordering.She admitted before ordering she wanted some free food,she checked at least 3 customers food. I don't know how long she has been working there but we have been there at least a dozen times and have never had a issue at [redacted] or...

anywhere else. Her dish was 3pc Fish,2 whole chicken wings and fries $15.00 and cole slaw $3. She stated it was too much but she reluctantly ordered. We gave her 3 whole wings and we were packing up leaving when she pulled up and said she was home and came back to show us one wing that was not completely done.I asked her what could we do for her and she said nothing and I offered and gave her $5. She proceeded with nasty words about how she didn't like the food anyway. She also went to Facebook trying to smear us with her tirade. We have been serving the public for over 20 years and have never had an issue like this.We love all of our customers and have a Family relationship with most of them. In my over 20years in the business I have never had an issue that could not be resolved. However I never hope or plan to serve her again. Your suggestion in this matter would be greatly appreciated, Elvin,Q[redacted].
