The customer purchased one of our lace front wigs and when purchasing a lace wig we ask customers if they would like us to cut the lace off of the wig. Our employee asked the customer twice if she wanted the lace to be cut, she responded both times agreeing to have the lace cut. There was a...

miscommunication between the two. The customer was willing to accept the wig near the end of the incident but then stated she will just make a chargeback on her card. After she had said this our employee kept the wig and the customer walked out. The wig is NOT ruined at all and we still have it in our possession in case the customer had ever returned.
