Review: Went their to get a car wash, I choose the top highest they had to clean my car which was 45$ plus tax and so going on after the first wash of my car , the car was still dirty, noticed my whole car dirty and also showed it to the employees. One of the employee told me to speak to [redacted] because the employee did agree with me that my car was still dirty and then [redacted] came and also saw that my car was dirty but yet he cursed me out in spanish while walking away he didnt obviously know I understand spanish. after having a [redacted] to curse at me I didn't no say anything until he made a decision so he came back and told me to stand on line again which was 20 min wait to have the car washed again , so when I went again neither did they clean the car or did anything the employees just put soap and let the machine work , by the way this was an hand car wash, but not a very good one at all. 2nd time after my car came out it was still yet still dirty , this was because the employees were lazy and then after complaining again to the [redacted] about how the employee didn't clean it and he asked me in a rude way if I had workers for him, which I didn't know what he meant by, this was a very upsetting case , I came back home and started cleaning my car and finally got it sparkled. I paid before the service was done just like any other. I felt very sad that a [redacted] was cursing at me when it wasn't even my fault , when this issue was the staff fault for not cleaning my car properly.Desired Settlement: I'd like an refund, and apology from the staff and employee for the rude behavior I had to go through.

Review: I owned a 2002 lexus ES300 that is "pearl white" color. I send one of my workers to take my car to get a full detail wash to this car wash around 10am, located a block away from my business. My worker tells me that the [redacted] of the business and himself, inspected the exterior of the car for any damages or chips on the paint job of the car. They gave him a receipt which clearly states that the only damages on my car was on the right rear door of the car, as stated on the receipt. Around 6:45pm I found it weird that the car wash had not call me back, so I walk over to pick up my car. When I get there I inspect the car around, and I saw that there was something that seemed to be water on the front-right fender of the car. I did not think much of it, as I only thought it was water. When I drive my car back to my work, my worker checks the car out and tells me that the paint job was damaged, and that it was not water. I go to inspect the car paint, and it was clear that some type of chemical was spilled onto my car and the paint job was damage. The paint seems to be dissolving and peeling but it was still wet, showing that it was freshly done. I immediately return to the car wash (approximately five minutes after leaving the car wash, since my business is only a block away) and explain to the [redacted] about the paint job damage that was done at his business. He explains he is the night [redacted] and I would have to come in the morning to speak with the [redacted] that inspected the car in the morning when I dropped it off. The [redacted] whose name is [redacted], inspected the car and even toke pictures, verifying that there was a noticeable damage to my car.

The next day I went with my worker to the car wash to speak with the [redacted]. The day time [redacted] agrees that the damaged was not there in the morning when it was dropped off the day before, but claims that I must have damaged it when I left the car wash. I told him that I only drove down the block, and came back immediately after noticing the damage and no chemical would be able to react that fast to the paint. He told me that it did not happen there and takes no responsibility, I would have to try to solve the situation through other means.Desired Settlement: I thought my car would only need a wax or something to fix the paint, and hope it was going to be a small fix. I went to a body shop and they told me that in order to fix this, the front-right fender would have to be painted, as well as part of the front right door in order to blend the color properly. He told me the whole repair would be around 700 dollars, since the paint used on this car is a 3 stage paint. I am looking to restore my car to the way my car was before It was send to the car wash and hoping to be reimbursed for the damages
