Queensbury Auto Mall

in response to this complaint from [redacted].  his vehicle was not leaking oil.  we sent an auto technician to mr. [redacted]'s house to verify that his oil was full after asking him to check the oil he refused to.  after he dropped the vehicle off to us the last time we replaced parts in...

the left rear of his vehicle taking care of the squeek noise.  verified that there is no oil leak.  door handles sticking from grime a debris is not a safety concern.  the vehicle he has purchased from us more than passes NY state inspection and is more than safe to drive.  we never turned him away for service and never told him we wouldn't look at his car for him. if there are any other concerns feel free to contact me other than that I would like to have this matter closed do to the fact that we have gone above and beyound to take care of any matters that fall under the NY state limited warrantythank you[redacted]
