Quench Water Coolers Not working
Have three water dispensers for over 1 year that have not worked 90% of the time. Quench keeps sending people to repair the units and 2 days later it has the same issues. Now that I want the units removed Quench is asking for early cancelation fees to remove the non working units.

Avoid this company
I would give a zero if I could.
I recommend avoiding this company.
Quench bought out the water company I used with great satisfaction for manyl years.
0First time I called for service, technician was a no show from 10am to 4 pm.
When I called to ask what happened, promised technician would would arrive next day and call when on way.
My second wasted day missing work and technician neither called nor showed up.
I cancelled service.
Company doesn’t care.
It appears to be a monopoly in water business and acts the part.

Quench is unethical and is stealing from my nonprofit
This company is UNETHICAL and lacks INTEGRITY. We decided to pay off our water cooler in my nonprofit organization since we had our cooler for years and it just didn't make sense to keep paying for something that we could have purchased years ago. My admin assistant coordinated the final payment with Quench and now they are sending us an invoice for over $570 and telling us that they have no record of us paying this off. No record? That's embarrassing. And scamming a nonprofit? I'm embarrassed FOR Quench and its leadership. Think twice before you decide to go with this company and note that it's extremely difficult to get out of an agreement with them, even if it's not worth the cost (because it isn't!).

They Won't Pick Up the Machine but Continue to Bill Us
I've tried for month to get them to pick up a water cooler that we no longer need. They always say that they will have someone call to arrange it, but they never call. In the meantime, they keep billing us and expect us to pay. They are scam artists. Do not ever let them put a machine on your property, because they won't pick it up ever, and then they continue billing you. I'm going to take the to small claims court. THEY ARE CROOKS.

This is EXACTLY what they are doing to us as well! We paid off our water cooler over a year and a half ago and they continue to invoice us and when we email or call them, they are late and then when they answer, they say they have no record of this and then rejected our notification to them that this was already paid off. You are absolutely right that they are crooks. Unethical and with zero integrity. Shame on them.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] decided to cancel service after trying diligently to work through a solution with Quench As stated before, the system was not installed as requested the first time, then the second year, the system was improperly re-installed so as not to function well enough to provide water for the employees Quench was contacted by phone and email several times, and never made repairs sufficient to cause the system to work properly The bills were paid on time by [redacted] as we tried to work through the problems, but when it became evident that Quench was not interested in solving the problem, [redacted] informed Quench that the contract would be terminated for non-performance At that point, [redacted] would no longer continue to pay the monthly fees Quench then wanted to collect fees in advance for the remaining term of the contract for units that were not working, and that they had in many cases never been able to make work Photographic evidence of all the deficiencies were presented to Quench, yet Quench refused to take responsibility for the poor installation, and the inoperable units In summation, Quench refused to provide a workable system to [redacted] by their lack of service and poor installation, and then wanted to be paid for their non-performance Regards, [redacted]
