The manager at my apartment refused to give me back my deposit.
I turned in my 60-day move-out notice and everything was set in place, then I was informed that my move-out date changed and I would not get my deposit back, and I would have to pay an additional $200 for 10 days, and re-letting fees!!! The manager did not forward my information to the next apartment even though she said she did several times. I am a senior citizen living in a senior facility and clients should not be treated like this. Every time I tried to contact the corporate office, no one would return my calls or answer the phone. That is no way to handle business!!!
This business needs to be evaluated and inspected. The apartments are falling apart, and their customer service is very poor!! The management and corporate show no concern towards their tenants.
The deposit FAS refund was signed on 12/02/19. This should have resolved the question.

This Management company does not take care of the property the Ceilings are Cracked the Foundation is bad the appliances do not half work the Ground have large holds they do water the grass much the gates code box is broken that causes the gates to never close the trash dumpster smells the carpet needs to be replaced it smells theses suppose to be Seniors living Apartments and they do not have the equipment for falls in the bathrooms this management company needs to be checked out
It is unfortunate that these claims were made as she had received her deposit back, check #2449 that cleared her bank on December 11, 2019,. so I expect she had already received the check. It is never our intention to allow any resident to feel ignored or mistreated in any way.
Ms. had requested to be let out of her lease, which we did. She received her deposit within the required 30 days, in fact 10 days.
We wish Ms. the best in her new home and believe we had done everything possible to accommodate her.
Should you require additional information, feel free to contact me at the email address or by phone listed below.
Thank you,
