Pool liner failed within the stated warranty period No action on submitted claim

I purchase to pool from [redacted] online the company that deal with is called swimming play I purchased the pool and April however I didn't realize I was going to create a wall a three and a half feet which means that I had to put up a retaining wall and also other unforeseen things that cause us to take longer than expected to set up to pool rolling out the liner I discovered there was a hole in it contacted swimming play and they refuse to replace the liner customer service guy James B [redacted] accuse me of swimming in the pool all summer and punching a hole in the liner well I clearly explained to him that we do not have the pool setup I haven't even figured out how to connect the pump and the filter to the pool basically this gentleman said I was lying and that we have been using this pool

Purchased a pool from them and now it rusted put and needs to be replaced Spoke with them and they said they would give a 30% discount The pool I wanted is more money from them then it is from another internet pool place I just want a refund at least 30%

I don’t even know where to start with this companyWorst customer service I’ve ever experienced and faulty product Let me just say RUST!!! I have never written a single bad review in my life, this one is warranted!
Our pool was purchased end of summer and this will be our 4th summer with the pool We opened our pool the first week in May We noticed that it had small pin hole like leaksAfter a closer look at the pool we noticed the whole side looked corroded
So we started on a long journey to have the pool fixed in time for summer This particular pool is under a Year LIMITED warranty Please do yourself a favor and read that warranty closely We started first thing Monday morning with a call to Swim and PlayWe landed ourselves with the help of James Brown in the warranty department He was nice, and said we needed to take pictures and email them along with a form that they provided We did Because we were in the 4th year with our pool the wall was not covered at 100%, it was a proration Ok, I get it… we sent our credit card info and done Upon calling a week later to find out when our pool was expected to arrive (because we were told it would take about a week as it comes on a private truck) we found out that the wrong size wall had been shipped We have a 21” and they were sending a 15” I was told to refuse delivery I was then told, “it would be more, since a bigger wall is what we needed.” My husband explained he was not paying the difference for their error That was all finally all settled and we did not have to pay additional money Here’s why I am now upset, because we had a professional company coming to install that weekend, we now had to cancel that appointment because we would not have the wall in time due to their error The professional installers next appointment was 4weeks out…NOT happy…this should not be happening to a year old poolOh, and remember I said pay attention to your warranty….NOW we have a grey wall and beige pillars, because our old wall was beige I am sorry but when you spend that much money on something it should all match Eyesore in our backyard
It’s install day and when the workers start ripping the liner off, you would not believe the amount of rust behind the liner The one guy said he has been installing pools for years and has never seen anything like this He said the amount of rust on our pool was how pools look at 30-years old when they are at the end of life He went on to say that he knew we were not over chlorinating it because our liner still had print on it and good color He said it was definitely worth a call back to manufacturer or a Lawyer to see if they would help or cut cost in anyway
Now we are dealing with Andrew He was no help at all He basically told us to lose his number that he has hundreds of customers to tend to daily He said that we were over chlorinating our pool, we expected that response, since that is what they tell everyone else in reading the other reviews We have a frogger chlorinating system on our pool, it regulates the chlorineHe only said that if we returned our pool wall, in the original package un-opened he would refund our credit card Now he is just being smart and arrogant knowing that it has already been installed Do yourself a favor and do some research first
Lastly, we reached out to the company ABC Pools, where we purchased our pool from Just to inform them of the horrible experience we have had They apologized and gave us Vinnie’s number, he is supposed to be the son of the owner We left him a message and no

After years I needed to change my linerAfter the all liner was removed we observed severe rusting which caused the pool to be unsafe to useI filed a claim which was approvedThe problem I have is their suggested retail price quoted was $3,and with the pro ration of 25% my replacement cost with tax would be $2,with no shippingI found the exact same pool online for $1,no tax free shippingWhen I informed them of this price they told me they were not an Internet companyThey are the company that makes and sells the poolWarranty price should be at costHow can we expect anybody to file warranty claim and have to pay $more for the pool and have to pick it upWarranty is basically useless as a cost more for the warranty than would be buying online.l

I am not being offered the year warranty that I was promised when I purchased the pool

We purchased our pool in and had it professionally installed by the dealer's agent There are now pinholes all over the walls and the liner has been cut in many places due to the failure of the wallsInitially they wanted to send us a new wall at the cost of shipping (approx$475) however they are not willing to replace the liner or the water (which cot us over $just for water) The Dealer is still fighting with them to do the right thing I will advise everyone I know not to purchase a pool from Swim n Play Inc

Pool liner failed within the stated warranty period

Purchased an round by inch high hard side pool from them and after only summers the pool rusted out and has a hole on the bottom side of the outside wall I tried to email the company to send me an entire new x pool for free but they of course said they never received the warranty cardI have an year old grandson that swims in the pool and for safety issues they may just want to send me the free pool so nothing happens to him while he is in the pool along with other people

My Name is *** *** and live in *** *** ***In June I purchased a above ground pool from ***Made and sold by Swin N PlayWe bought a large 33ft x 18ftx 52"deep, with a year warranty against rustIt advertised complete pool package, however, it did not say anything about the 12,pounds of sand that needed to go inside the wall below the linerThe pool has been great, I am a Retired Disabled Police Officer with Neurpothy and Asthma from exposure to a Meth Lab at workWe spent $for an excavator to laser level the ground and $for some extra hands to help us put this monster togetherMy sons lived home (who have since graduated college and moved out of State) so it is just my wife and myself at home nowWhen we uncovered the pool this late spring we noticed that it had severly rusted around the bottom of the steel wall and several areas in the middle of the wall causing our liner to leakI called the number on the back of my *** *

I purchased a above ground pool on line through *** *** from them I emptied the pool to clean it out and a storm came up and ripped the pool linerI called the swim n play company for a replacement liner which has a yr warranty on it According to them because it is not a manufactured defect they will not replace the liner.I don't care if a tornado came through and tore it apart the warranty should be honored for a replacement

We purchased a 24xabove ground pool in the summer of It cracked about month ago and exploded days agoWe had this pool seasons and it suppose to be a full warranty for all parts under seasonsPaid over $for pool, paid $for professional installation, and another $for a deckContacted Swimn'play and they want us to pay for shipping (over $500) no refunds and Andrew said it was our fault due to us putting to much bleach in the poolDon't buy a pool from Swimn'playProducts are cheap crapTotal waste of money
