This company is going downhill fastShe used to be a very good business woman and her customer service was excellentNow she picks and chooses who she wants to be her customers....if you don't make large purchases often then be prepared to be screwed overI had been her customer for years and over the years her attitude and business has turned to junkThe products she sends are not that great of quality and if you receive an item that is broken it is an act of congress to get a replacementI bought a $necklaceIt came to me and the clasp was brokeI sent her an email and pictures....her response...send better pictures I cant see anythingI send better pics and then I have to harass her to get a replydays later her response hang on we are trying to locate another one....four days later no response...I ask for an update she says we cant find one I ask for my money she says no problem then says she has a similar necklace...I say ok I will take that as a replacement if you want she says no problemIt has now been days since that message, I disputed the charges with paypal and she has the nerve to say she sent me the necklace and that I am trying to scam paypal!! are you *** kindding me....over $13....great customer service...NOT...she did not reply to the last comment and I am sure she wont reply to this one but everyone needs to know and I will tell everyone that will listen
