Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are lying and trying to make me look insaneYes I did scream at them, after they threatened to take my car over $When I made the original payment, the supervisor WAS NOT standing there, because I had to wait for an employee to come out of the backYou can see everything in thereBoth of their employees said they would come repo my vehicleAs far as the disagreement about when I said I would drop off the paymentThey are lying [redacted] ? Said 'okay, your payment is $257.57' I said' okay well I'm sorry I only have $right now' she didn't take the money from my out stretched hand she just looked at me and asked where the other dollars whereI explained I had some medical issues at work and was not allowed to return till the 14thShe then said 'well we have a night drop box on the side of the building you know?' I said I didn't but thanked her for informing me and leftIf they don't actually take partial payments why did they 1.) Take the money 2.) Trying to repo my vehicle? If they aren't shady, why do they not have an actual sign? More than employees? Open like a bank? Why are they harrasing me over $13? I understand they need to make money to stay open (hence the whole business thing.) But this is a bit extremeAs far as the months before the loan was approved, when I was arguing with the supervisor on the phone, she stated that I had the car for months and if I really wanted to argue about it they could charge me that tooI want to point out that I was not in anyway rude or hateful untill they started acting like thisThey ALWAYS have an attitude EVERYTIME I go in there Sincerely, [redacted]

for an employee to come out of the back. You can see everything in there. Both of their employees said they would come repo my vehicle. As far as the disagreement about when I said I would drop off the payment. They are lying. [redacted]? Said 'okay, your payment is $257.57' I said' okay well I'm sorry I only have $239 right now' she didn't take the money from my out stretched hand she just looked at me and asked where the other 13 dollars where. I explained I had some medical issues at work and was not allowed to return till the 14th. She then said 'well we have a night drop box on the side of the building you know?' I said I didn't but thanked her for informing me and left. If they don't actually take partial payments why did they 1.) Take the money 2.) Trying to repo my vehicle? I understand they need to make money to stay open (hence the whole business thing.) But this is a bit extreme. As far as the 2 months before the loan was approved, when I was arguing with the supervisor on the phone, she stated that I had the car for 2 months and if I really wanted to argue about it they could charge me that too. I want to point out that I was not in anyway rude or hateful untill they started acting like this. They ALWAYS have an attitude EVERYTIME I go in there.
