I ordered Kito Fit on Feb 17. I have yet to receive it. I have called them several times to no avail. I got a partial refund. still no product.
I ordered Kito Fit on Feb 17 and was told I would purchase 4 bottles for $34.79 a bottle and I would receive 3 bottles free.During the process their was no mention of total price until I accepted the order. It then said that the bill was $244.79. I expected to see $139.88. I immediately called and after complaining about the bill they told me that the price for each bottle was $34.79. I told them that the add was not written to show that. I accused them of bait and switch. After some negotiation they returned $85.67 which was 35%. They then said that I would still receive the 7 bottles and that I could keep them and not return any. The remaining $159.12 would remain with them. I agreed to these terms and I am still waiting. I have called them at least 6 times and all I get from them is an apology and shipping delays as an excuse. They gave me a USPS tracking number and every time I punch it in it says that the package has not been delivered to the Post Office.
Once, they even told me that it was sent on March 3. I have asked for a full refund but, they won't even think about it. On Monday the 23rd the person I spoke to said that he would expedite the package and that I should get by Wednesday the 25th.Today is the 26th and I did not receive it.The tracking number gave me the same notice. I am at my wits end. I feel as though they are just stringing me along and hoping I will go away. You are my last resort. I can't afford to throw $159.12 away. Please help me. I believe that I have been scammed.
Since I have no faith in this company or the product I would like the remaining $159.12 returned to me.

After receiving your e-mail and was told that the company in question did not have a record of me I called them with one last attempt. When I spoke to a rep I was put on hold for a few minutes. When they returned I was informed that the entire amount was to be credited back to my credit card. This morning, when I checked my account, the entire amount was, indeed, credited back. I guess they found my account. I want to thank you for all your help in resolving this issue.
was offered cbd oil for delivery charge only. I have never received the product, and was charged 89.92 for this cbd oil. I have contacted the company and they are not willing to do anything to resolve this issue.
