REFUSE I INFOIRM THE PATIENT WE DONT DO REFUNDS BUT WE WILL GIVE HER CREDIT PATIENT INFORM SHE WILL NEVER COME BACK I LOOK INTO THIS VERY CAREFULL THE PATIENT WAS NOT SEEN SEE WILL GET A FULL REFUND BACK ASAP

Review: I was charged a co pay for a wellness visit, according to my insurance company and obamacare, I am allowed 1 wellness visit a year for preventative care for OBGYN & 1 primary care doctor physical. When I told the [redacted] I was charged for something I should not have been charged for, she refused to refund my co pay and told me to call whoever I want they don't "do" refunds, they only offer credits. I will never go back to this office ever again. They screwed up my appointment to begin with, I made an apt with the [redacted] yet they thought I was there for a routine physical and were going to set me up with an EKG before I said wait a second something is wrong here. They also made me get a referral when I was sitting in the office, because I was a new patient. I was not told this when I made the appointment a week prior and I told the girl I would be a new patient. and to top it all off according to my insurance company I don't even need referrals. Never in my life had to get a referral for a [redacted] yearly exam. after the [redacted] dodged my phone calls and voice mails for a few days I finally got her on the phone and she was very rude to me and said its not her problem if I wasn't supposed to pay a co pay that's my responsibility, they wouldn't call my insurance company they made me call them to call the office and were rude to the insurance company as well. the office people didn't even know they had to copy my drivers license with my insurance card to prove I am who I say I am.... They were all rude, this is the worst patient care I have ever received and I feel as though they are probably charging a lot of people things they shouldn't be charged for I feel they are taking advantage of people.Desired Settlement: $30.00 I only want my co pay back. But I seriously think someone should look into this place, very shady and the office staff is awful.
