To whom it may concern: Note the customer was fully aware that he bought the car in a status AS IS which had hail damage and was rusted (see attached pictures)He further asked the office if we had done any service on the car, the office informed him that we did not do any service and
the car is sold AS IS with a total lost (hail damage) and clean title which he signed and approved the attached document at the time of sale Also, the customer stated to the office that he was a mechanic and he did spend some time driving and checking the car and approved to buy itFurther, he only requested to change the oil and nothing else which we did at that time at our expense.
