I bought hiking boots from them in August. Laces wouldn’t hold tight in a single knot so double it was from there on. BEST PART Just a week ago, my now 2 month old boots took blunt force trauma to the sole and tore off not only a quarter of the sole but part of the actual boot, too. I had them send the boots to *** to be repaired but told me they couldn’t and wouldn’t because their 1 year warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear. Yes, you read that correctly: Their warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and neither does their $180 boots.
