reviewed appear below.As I had listed in the original complaint, please note that they need to pay:1) One month's rent minus 3 months commission@ 5%  ($2100 - $315) = $1785
Plus
2) Security deposit paid by the tenant = $2100
Plus
3) Transfer keys to the house to the new management company or pay for it
I see that they have credited $2400 on August 10th after Revdex.com sent mail to them.   However, as you can see from above, I'm not sure how they calculated $2400 here. They haven't provided any details.

One of those classic crooked property management companies that use your deposit to fix up the owners house. We left the house in better condition than it was in when we moved in and they still charged us to clean the house, clean the carpet and replace flooring they claimed was damaged. I paid over 400 to have the home and the carpets cleaned when we moved out. They charged us 1600 and again, the house was better when we left. Don't rent anything from these people if you don't want to be robbed blind when you move out. I have four children so I don't have time to fight them in court, hopefully I can save somebody else some money but encouraging people to avoid the property management company or at least be prepared to fight them for your deposit when you move out.
