Dear Sirs/Madams: I represent Questex, LLC, who has received and forwarded to me a copy of your letter advising Questex of the captioned complaintQuestex is the publisher of American Spa magazine Questex regularly uses a 3rd party telemarketer for subscription renewal purposes The telephone number in the complaint is carried on Questex’s records as assigned to “ [redacted] ***.” The telemarketer attempted three times, without success, to contact Mr [redacted] at this telephone number, after which they dropped Mr [redacted] and this number from their call listWe do not know the complainant, “ [redacted] ***.” I note that her email address in the complaint includes “***” but I don’t know whether that indicates some household connectionI can confirm that this number has been removed from the American Spa call listShould there be any other questions, please let me know [redacted] * [redacted] *** * [redacted] * * [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] * [redacted] * * [redacted] *** * [redacted] * [redacted]
